Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add onion and garlic; sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another minute to release the flavors.
  4. Pour in marinara sauce and broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add broken lasagna noodles and stir well. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  6. Cook uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
