Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: white chocolate drizzle, festive sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla until fully combined.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9×13 pan.
  6. Let cool for 10–15 minutes, then slice into bars.
  7. Add a white chocolate drizzle or sprinkles if desired.
