Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Grease crockpot with olive oil.

Layer potatoes on the bottom.

Season chicken with spices and place over potatoes.

Whisk cream, broth, Parmesan, garlic, butter, and seasoning; pour over chicken.

Cook on low 6–7 hours or high 3–4 hours until chicken and potatoes are tender.
