- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Optional topping: extra Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, milk, olive oil, and seasonings.
- Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 55–60 minutes until fully cooked and lightly golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
