2 lbs ground chicken, 1 cup grated Parmesan, ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, 2 large eggs, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp dried basil, ½ tsp dried parsley, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ¼ cup whole milk


Instructions
