Description
Oven-baked garlic butter shrimp topped with a crispy Parmesan breadcrumb crust. A fast, flavorful weeknight seafood dish!
Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish.
Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, and spices.
Toss shrimp in mixture and arrange in dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
Bake 10–12 mins; broil 1–2 mins if desired.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil briefly after baking. Use tails-on shrimp for presentation or tails-off for easy eating. Serve with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
