Juicy chicken bombs stuffed with mozzarella, wrapped in bacon, and grilled or baked to perfection—an irresistible appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 2-inch cubes)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
10–12 fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
Toss chicken with oil and seasonings. Flatten pieces and wrap around mozzarella balls. . Thread onto skewers and grill or bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Use a thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches 165°F. Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling. Great for parties or meal prep.
