Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil tortellini until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Sear steak bites in olive oil; season and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
- Add butter and garlic to pan; sauté briefly.
- Stir in cream, pesto, and Parmesan to create Alfredo sauce. Simmer until thickened.
- Toss cooked tortellini in the sauce. Return steak to pan.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
