Description
Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups: Cheesy, buttery bites packed with juicy beef, melted cheese, and a garlicky butter glaze wrapped in flaky dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
- Sesame seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent or pizza dough on a flat surface. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1½-inch pieces.
- Place rollups on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley, then brush over each rollup. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
- You can use pepper jack cheese for a spicier version.
- For a crisper crust, bake a minute or two longer, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Using lean ground beef will reduce fat content, if desired.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
