A creamy and refreshing twist on the classic s’more, these Frozen S’mores feature layers of chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, and whipped cream cheese sandwiched between crisp graham crackers—perfect for summer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding (prepared as directed)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers, halved (1214 full sheets)

Instructions

  1. Prepare chocolate pudding according to box instructions and let thicken.
  2. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment and layer graham crackers.
  4. Spread chocolate pudding, then marshmallow cream mixture. Top with graham crackers.
  5. Freeze 6+ hours or overnight. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Use a hot knife to slice clean bars after freezing.
  • Chill pudding before layering to help with stability.
  • Wrap bars individually for grab-and-go freezer snacks.
  • Add mini chocolate chips or peanut butter for variations.
