Description

Fluffy and Healthy Greek Yogurt Bagels: Soft on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, these no-yeast bagels are quick to make and high in protein, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or light lunch.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds
  • Optional toppings: everything seasoning
  • Optional toppings: poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix self-rising flour and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
  5. Divide dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
  6. Place on baking sheet and add optional toppings.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • No yeast is required—these bagels come together quickly with self-rising flour.
