Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix self-rising flour and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
- Knead lightly on a floured surface until smooth.
- Divide dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
- Place on baking sheet and add optional toppings.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- No yeast is required—these bagels come together quickly with self-rising flour.
- If you’re using plain flour instead, add 1½ tsp baking powder and ½ tsp salt.
