Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in maple syrup and vanilla.
- Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; mix until fully combined.
- Fold in optional chocolate chips or nuts if using.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set in the center.
- Cool completely before slicing for best texture.
