Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place split English muffins on a baking sheet and lightly toast for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble eggs until just set.
