Description

  • 4 large eggs

  • ½ lb halal beef or chicken breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

  • ½ cup prepared creamy gravy
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place split English muffins on a baking sheet and lightly toast for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble eggs until just set.
