- 6 small round bread rolls, hollowed into bowls
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 2 cups marinara or your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional add-ins: sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bread rolls and hollow out the centers to form bowls.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan.
- Brush the garlic butter inside each bread bowl and on the edges.
- Bake the empty bread bowls for 8–10 minutes to crisp up.
- In a pot, warm the marinara sauce and toss with cooked spaghetti and black pepper.
- Fill each garlic bread bowl with the sauced spaghetti.
- Top with mozzarella and return to the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy this cozy, customizable comfort dinner.

- You can prepare bread bowls a day ahead for easier assembly.
