- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut flour or almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1½ cups dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, vanilla, and salt until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop and shape the mixture into egg shapes. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 20 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, coating fully.
- Place back on the tray and refrigerate or freeze until chocolate is set.
- Store in the fridge or freezer until ready to enjoy.
