Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in corn, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes until bubbly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tots are golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
