- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10–12 cup bundt pan generously.
- In a saucepan, simmer apple cider over medium heat until reduced to 1 cup (about 15–20 minutes). Let cool.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, beat butter with both sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- Stir in half the dry ingredients, then the reduced cider, then the remaining dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack.
- While still slightly warm, brush with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar coating all over.
- Let cool fully before slicing and serving.
