- 1 lb ground beef or ground chicken (lean)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, egg, almond flour, parmesan, parsley, and spices until just combined—don’t overmix.
- Scoop out and roll into 1 to 1½ inch balls.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place meatballs in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should be 165°F).
- Serve with sugar-free marinara, low carb dipping sauce, or over zoodles or salad.

- Tip: If using chicken, ensure it reaches 165°F internal temperature.
- For crispiest texture, spray lightly with olive oil halfway through cooking.
