Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, egg, almond flour, parmesan, parsley, and spices until just combined—don’t overmix.
  3. Scoop out and roll into 1 to 1½ inch balls.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place meatballs in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  5. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should be 165°F).
