Description

Dill Pickle Parmesan Chicken is Crispy, Zesty, Bold. A tangy dill pickle ranch coating with parmesan and a golden crunchy crust, air-fried to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and place it in a bowl.
  2. Pour the dill pickle ranch dressing over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange the chicken in a single layer and lightly spray with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  8. Serve warm with extra dill pickle ranch or a squeeze of lemon.

Notes

  • Best served immediately for the crunchiest coating.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
