- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and place it in a bowl.
- Pour the dill pickle ranch dressing over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm with extra dill pickle ranch or a squeeze of lemon.
Notes
- Best served immediately for the crunchiest coating.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To bake instead of air-frying, bake at 400°F (204°C) for 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
