- ½ cup vanilla protein powder

- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

- ¼ cup almond flour
- Pinch of salt
- Optional coating: crushed freeze-dried strawberries or shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add oats, protein powder, almond flour, honey, vanilla, and salt. Pulse until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Chill mixture for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into bite-sized balls.
- If desired, roll in crushed freeze-dried strawberries or coconut.
- Refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
