- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried basil
- Olive oil spray
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- In one bowl, whisk eggs. In another, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and basil.
- Dip each ravioli into the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to stick.
- Arrange breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs and ensure ravioli is gluten-free.
- Bake alternative: If you don’t have an air fryer, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately for the best crispiness.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat, if desired.
- If using frozen ravioli, thaw completely to ensure an even coating.
