These crispy Ranch Parmesan chicken tenders are oven-baked to perfection with panko breadcrumbs and a flavorful ranch coating.
Ingredients

- 1½ lbs chicken tenders (or chicken breasts sliced into strips)
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat chicken strips in the mayo mixture.
- Combine Parmesan and panko in a separate bowl, then coat chicken in the mixture.
- Place on baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- Add cayenne for extra heat.
- Great for meal prep and leftovers.
- Serve with ranch or honey mustard dipping sauce.
