- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, egg, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Scoop mixture into the muffin tin or shape into small balls on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle or roll lightly with breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Lightly spray with oil.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before removing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
