- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Olive oil spray
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken cutlet into the beaten eggs, then press into the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture to coat evenly.
- Lightly spray both sides of the coated chicken with olive oil.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
