Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for serving)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • Wooden skewers or metal skewers; if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 10 minutes before using

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes if using wooden skewers.
  3. In a bowl, toss chicken chunks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Thread seasoned chicken onto skewers.
