Ingredients

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken breasts into the beaten egg, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
