Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, diced
8 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook pasta and set aside. In a skillet, cook seasoned chicken in olive oil. Add butter and honey, then pour in broth and cream. Stir in cheddar until smooth. Combine with pasta, garnish, and serve.
Notes
For extra heat, increase red pepper flakes. Swap penne for any pasta. Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
