Ingredients
20 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cups Alfredo sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13″ dish.

Cook pasta shells al dente and set aside.

Sauté garlic in butter, add shredded chicken, season, then remove from heat.

Mix cheeses, egg, parsley, and chicken mixture in a bowl.

Spread 1 cup Alfredo sauce in dish, stuff shells, arrange them.

Pour remaining sauce on top, add cheese, cover with foil.

Bake 20 minutes covered, 10 uncovered. Garnish and serve.
