- 12 oz halal beef or turkey kielbasa, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup (gluten-free)
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, cubed
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of the crockpot.
- Add frozen pierogi evenly to the bottom.
- Layer sliced halal kielbasa and diced onion on top.
- In a bowl, whisk sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, pepper, paprika, and salt.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the pierogi mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and dot with butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours until hot, creamy, and tender.
- Stir gently before serving and garnish if desired.
