12 oz spaghetti, 1 lb chicken breast (sliced), 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, 4 cloves garlic (minced), 1¼ cups heavy cream, ½ cup chicken broth, 1½ cups shredded mozzarella, ¼ cup grated Parmesan, salt and pepper to taste, chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

Cook spaghetti and set aside. Season and sauté chicken with Cajun spice. In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, then stir in cream and broth. Add cheeses, stir until smooth. Combine everything and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Adjust Cajun spice for desired heat. Great with garlic bread or salad. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
