- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 cup cooking cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cooking cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes until coated in sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook rice in chicken broth according to package instructions.
- Assemble bowls by layering rice and topping with creamy Cajun chicken. Garnish if desired.

- For extra creaminess, add a splash more cooking cream or Parmesan.
- Use leftover cooked chicken to speed up weeknight prep.
- If the sauce thickens, thin with a little extra chicken broth.
