Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 lb halal beef or chicken sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold dough around filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
