- 1 lb halal beef or chicken sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each biscuit.
- Fold dough around filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For crisper bites, bake until edges are golden and dough is fully cooked.
- You can assemble the bites ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
