- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
- Optional: orange zest for brightness
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half to create smaller pieces.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Place a small dollop of cream cheese mixture and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each triangle.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the bites seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and puffy. Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar or top with orange zest if desired.
