Description

Juicy Ranch Cheddar Crack Burgers are packed with flavor from ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and mayo—ready in just 20 minutes!


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

4 burger buns, toasted

Lettuce, tomato slices, pickles (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for grilling)


Instructions

Mix beef, ranch seasoning, cheese, mayo, and spices. Form into 4 patties. Cook 4–5 minutes per side. Toast buns. Assemble with toppings. Serve hot.

Notes

Don’t overmix the beef to keep burgers juicy. Toast buns for texture. Customize with toppings like  jalapeños. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
