Description

Crack Breakfast Sliders Turkey Bacon, Egg and Cheese – Sweet, cheesy, and buttery breakfast sliders loaded with fluffy eggs, melty cheddar, and crispy halal turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 12-pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 810 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking eggs)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ranch Butter Topping:
    • 4 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a skillet with olive oil or butter until soft and fluffy.
  4. Layer the cooked eggs evenly over the rolls, followed by the chopped turkey bacon and cheddar cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Mix melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush generously over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 12-15 minutes, then uncover and bake 3-5 more minutes until golden and melty.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Best served warm and freshly baked.
  • Can be assembled the night before and stored covered in the fridge until ready to bake.
  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free Hawaiian rolls.
