- 12-pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 8–10 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 8 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking eggs)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Ranch Butter Topping:
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a skillet with olive oil or butter until soft and fluffy.
- Layer the cooked eggs evenly over the rolls, followed by the chopped turkey bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Mix melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush generously over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for 12-15 minutes, then uncover and bake 3-5 more minutes until golden and melty.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Best served warm and freshly baked.
- Can be assembled the night before and stored covered in the fridge until ready to bake.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free Hawaiian rolls.
