  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced hash browns (frozen is fine)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
