Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and diced hash browns.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is fully set and golden on top.
