Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
