These no-bake Cotton Candy Cheesecake Bombs are creamy, dreamy, and coated in a buttery graham cracker crunch—perfect for any sweet tooth.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp strawberry extract (optional)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup cotton candy, torn
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp pink food coloring (optional)
Instructions
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and extracts until smooth.
Whip cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Gently fold in cotton candy.
Freeze for 30–45 mins until firm.
Mix graham crackers, sugar, and butter.
Roll chilled mixture into balls and coat.
Freeze again for 15–20 mins. Garnish with cotton candy if desired.
Notes
Use pink food coloring for a fun pop of color. Add strawberry extract for a fruity twist. Serve cold and top with more cotton candy for flair.
