- 1 egg
- ½ cup oat flour
- ½ cup protein powder
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Mix with egg, sweetener, and vanilla.
- Stir in dry ingredients until dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 mins until golden. Cool and enjoy.
