- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prep an 8×8” baking pan.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk protein powder, cocoa powder, and almond flour.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until combined.
- Pour into pan and bake for 22–25 minutes.
- Let cool, slice, and serve.
