Description

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Spoon mixture evenly into 6 small serving cups.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over each cup.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  8. Serve chilled.
