- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8″ pan with parchment or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, honey, and egg until mostly smooth.
- Stir in the oats, flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and top with a few extra chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the center is set and edges are lightly golden.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
