Ingredients

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Optional: crushed almonds, shredded coconut, flaky salt
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate) and blend into a dough.
- Roll into balls and chill.
- Melt chocolate with oil, dip each truffle.
- Add toppings, chill again until set.
