Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spoon small mounds of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  3. Gently flatten each mound into a thin circle.
  4. Sprinkle with optional seasonings if desired.
  5. Bake for 35–45 minutes, until edges are deep golden and centers are set.
  6. Let cool completely on the pan to crisp up fully.
  7. Carefully peel off and enjoy.
