- 2 cups cottage cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon small mounds of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Gently flatten each mound into a thin circle.
- Sprinkle with optional seasonings if desired.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, until edges are deep golden and centers are set.
- Let cool completely on the pan to crisp up fully.
- Carefully peel off and enjoy.
