- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix hash browns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and onion.
- Stir in garlic powder, black pepper, melted butter, and salt.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until hot and golden on top.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
