- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (dairy-free, halal-certified)
- Optional: 1 tbsp crushed almonds or coconut flakes for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut yogurt, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in almond flour, oat flour, and salt until a cookie-dough-like consistency forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon small portions into silicone molds or mini cupcake liners.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
- Pop out and enjoy straight from the freezer for a refreshing, creamy treat. Store in a freezer-safe container.
