- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook potatoes until golden and tender.
- Remove potatoes and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, and rosemary.
- Add heavy cream and simmer to thicken.
- Season cod fillets with salt and pepper, cook in the rosemary cream sauce until flaky.
- Serve cod fillets with potatoes and cream sauce.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top before serving.
- You can substitute fresh rosemary with dried rosemary if necessary.
