Description

A comforting and flavorful dish featuring tender cod fillets and creamy rosemary sauce paired with golden potatoes. Perfect for dinner!


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook potatoes until golden and tender.
  • Remove potatoes and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, and rosemary.
  • Add heavy cream and simmer to thicken.
  • Season cod fillets with salt and pepper, cook in the rosemary cream sauce until flaky.
  • Serve cod fillets with potatoes and cream sauce.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top before serving.
  • You can substitute fresh rosemary with dried rosemary if necessary.
  • Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
