- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- 5. Fold in shredded coconut, toffee bits, and chocolate chips.
- 6. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- 7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Add chopped pecans or walnuts for a nutty twist.
- Use dark chocolate chips if you prefer a richer flavor.
- For best results, let bars cool fully before slicing.
