Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and discard any soft or bruised ones.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the cranberries and stir gently. Cook for 10–12 minutes until most berries burst and the sauce thickens.

- Adjust sweetness or add orange zest if desired.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Great with turkey or roasts and can be served chilled or at room temperature.
