Cinnamon Roll Bliss Bars are soft, chewy, cinnamon-swirled bars that capture the cozy essence of classic cinnamon rolls in an easy, no-fuss dessert.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Mix cinnamon, sugar, and melted butter and swirl over the batter with a knife.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Whisk frosting ingredients until smooth and spread over cooled bars.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a lighter version, substitute half the butter with applesauce.
- To freeze, wrap bars individually and freeze up to 3 months.
